EMMANUEL KWAME APPIAH Kumawood actor, popularly known as Quappaih for short has allegedly made a shocking revelation about the National Film Authority of Ghana on how they have strategized things to squish money from them (Movie Producers) as well as the actors.
He(Quappiah) made these allegations during an interview section with the Commander of the airwaves on kliq keteke evening drive show which is aired every Monday to Friday from 3:00pm to 5:00pm on kliqradio kliqtv. off late, there was a story making rounds on social media suggested and sign by Mr. Socrates Safo the new chairman of the Film Classification Committee of the National Film Authority of Ghana which states the measures that have been put in place to help push the Ghana Movie forward.
Commenting on this issue is one Kumawood actor and comedian Quappiah of Boys Abr3 series, speaking with him on kliq keteke on kliqradio this evening alleged that what bagfuls him more is that, they will take 1,00gh after submitting your hard work to be played on air.
'The most painful part of it all is, after submitting your movies for classification and waiting for them to be played on-air they will demand 1,00gh from you and if you don't pay that means you have done a useless job and in fact, we are really dying out of hunger all is because the industry is not helping or supporting them to achieve what they want to achieve, He later calls for unity among the industry players and edges every Ghanaian citizen to help promote made in ghana movies to the larger market
