Twene Jonas has found himself in trouble after speaking against the Asantehene, Otumfuor Osei Tutu II during one of his most-watched rants.
The social commentator has touched on Otumfuor’s assertion that 30 percent of the people who were gathered at his palace were involved in illegal mining and they know themselves.
As usual, Twene Jonas passed a derogatory comment on the issue which did not sit well with a lot of people especially the people of the Ashanti Region.
He said, “the young man must do everything possible to avail himself to the King even if it means getting a loan to afford a plane ticket.”
He added that there is no need to do it through someone, he should be there in person.
